To refresh your memory, I entered the Welcome, 2013 contest hosted by Shasha of Atelier ni Shasha and was one of the three winners of a fashion from her Etsy shop. I chose a beautiful, one-shouldered animal print jumpsuit. It arrived delightfully presented, as usual and as shown below:
Darla Daley was thrilled to model the beautiful ensemble, as shown below:
Thank you again Shasha for your generosity. Darla thanks you, too!

The jumpsuit and chain-link belt with bead accent and accessories of beaded drop earrings and bracelet were attached to the inside of the card with handwritten notes from Shasha as shown above. |

Congratulations on winning this stunning fashion. Darla looks very sexy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! You are so lucky!!! (^_^) Darla is ON POINT!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely presentation and a awesome fashion. Darla was a great choice as a model.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Debbie! Drama is the perfect model for this lovely outfit. I love your mini dio setup. ; )
ReplyDeleteThanks, ladies. I failed to mention how well made the fashion is, but if you are familiar with Shasha's work, you know that her work is perfectly detailed.
ReplyDeleteThanks GG. I took the standing photo first. Darla seemed to get overshadowed by the greenery. So I arranaged the seated shot to make her and her new jumpsuit the focus of attention.

Congrats and thanks for sharing that lovely outfit with us. When did you get Darla Daley? Did I miss that post?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Vanessa.
DeleteYou must have missed my Darla Daley post this past October because you didn't comment on it. I have since purchased a NRFB one because of the original fashion and because there's just something about Darla (this mold) that I love. I haven't shared the NRFB doll here. Soon though.

Yep, I totally missed that post. It was a great post. Glad you were able to get the one you fell in love with.
DeleteI didn't know that about the original sculpt. I really think it was a blessing in disguise, though. That new sculpt has been a lot more popular than the original sculpt. I've been wanting to add one of the newer sculpted dolls to my collection. Maybe one day.
Hello from Spain: congratulations on winning this stunning fashion. I also participated but did not win. Shasha's creations are awesome. I really like your outfit. Nice pictures. Keep in touch
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marta!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Muff.
DeleteI am delighted by little extras like Shasha's creative packaging as much as I am about the contents.
