Firstly, one of the Detroit shows has to go on my bucket list...secondly, I will always, always kick myself that I never picked up a S.I.S dolls when I was visiting TXS a couple of years ago. As we didn't have them in Oz, I actually thought they were knock off Barbie's...yes, I'm an idiot. I'm going to put it down to jet lag!
ReplyDeleteThat would be great if you could attend one of the Detroit Doll Shows, Julius.
DeleteI am sorry you missed the opportunity to purchase SIS dolls when you were in the states. This is a fabulous doll line that continued the Shani concept adding so many more waves of dolls wearing fabulous clothing, some of which were designer labels like Roca Wear (a Jay Z label) and Pastry (designed by Vanessa and Angela Simmons, daughters of Rev Run of Run DMC fame).
