Black Doll Exhibit North Carolina

A Baby Nancy (like this one) by Shindana and other antique to modern dolls are exhibited in Kernersville, North Carolina. 

The High Point Museum in Kernersville, North Carolina opened the "Black Butterfly: Proud and Beautiful African American Doll Collection” exhibit on Feb. 1, 2025, at the High Point Museum, 1859 E. Lexington Ave. 

The dolls are from The Thankful Heritage Museum collection, Effley D. Howell, Sr., Founder and CEO. 

The exhibit will remain open through March 1, 2025. Admission is free.
