Barbie Fashionista Ken #203 has a new head sculpt. This guy is available on Amazon.com. I love the hair (wish it were fibers and not sculpted, but sculpted hair will do). Shipping is free for Amazon Prime members. Also, check your local stores where Fashionistas are sold if you're not a Prime customer. He was a must-have x2 for me.
