This morning I visited CollectiblesToday.com for information about a baby by Linda Murray that I briefly saw in DOLLS magazine's electronic publication Dolls Interviewed.
While at CollectiblesToday.com, I saw the following holiday themed sets by Hawthorne Village:
The Holy Family is part of the African American Nativity Collection. At $29.99, the set appears to be made of straw and other natural-looking materials. The Holy Family is Issue One in this interesting series.
The Holy Family, The King of Peace Nativity is the first in this series and includes resin African American Mary, Joseph, Baby Jesus and manger. The cost is $59.99. Issue Two will follow: Angel of Joy and King Gaspar.
Ebony Elegance includes resin figurines Mary and Baby Jesus for $19.95. Joseph is issued separately.
Now back to the baby that took me to CollectiblesToday.com.
Thankful Blessings Imani is a 20-inch resin baby by artist, Linda Murray. Imani comes with a musical blanket that plays "Jesus Loves Me." Issue One in a series of three, the doll retails for $149, payable in installments. Issue Two, Jada; and Issue Three, Joshua will follow.
