Latinistas by Purpose Toys

Latinistas by Purpose Toys LATIN

These 11-1/2-inch fashion dolls received their social media introduction a couple of weeks ago. Representing Latinas, the dolls by Purpose Toys LATIN are appropriately named Latinistas. Their arrival online and in stores is scheduled for August 2023 on Amazon, Walmart, and Target.

The dolls appear to use the same or a very similar head sculpt as the Naturalistas by Purpose Toys, some of which can be seen here.

Read a BeLatina article about the dolls here.

The dolls and fashion packs are available on Amazon

  1. I like the hair of the one in the green dress best and love the orange outfit. I would not wear any of the clothes, I don't have the shape for it. But that's the set that appeals to me the most.

    1. But we can all live and dress vicariously through our dolls.

  2. The next dolls that Pupose Toys should have is Native Americans.

  3. A line of Native American fashion dolls is a novel idea.

  4. I would also love to see Purpose Toys do a doll line on Asians and Arab/Middle Eastern people. They don't get much representation as a whole.

  5. IMO there is a market for dolls that represent everyone. Unfortunately, the market that should buy the dolls you've suggested may desire them, opting to buy "white" dolls instead, unfortunately.
